In this post, I want to explain why you should not believe these people when they say I used steroids to build muscle and beat people up.
I was discharged from the Army on November 6, 2006. In January 2007, I was hired by Home Depot to work full-time on their night shift in one of their stores. After work, at around 8 am, I went to Super Fitness Gym in Logan Township, NJ, to strength train. I was about 230 lbs when I was discharged from the Army.
I went to this gym a few days a week for about two years. After I left Home Depot, I sometimes went at around 11 am and sometimes in the afternoon. In 2008, I weighed 240 lbs and had over 20% body fat. My max bench press was 300 lbs, my max deadlift was 500 lbs, and I never squatted more than four plates, which is 405 lbs. At this time, I was aged 19 through 21.
How are those stats indicating that I was on any drugs? Many athletes are leaner and stronger at that age than I was.
These people started saying I was on steroids in the 8th grade when I was 13 years old. They have been spreading rumors about me since childhood.
