Subject: Request for Review: Implant Placed in My Skull Shortly After Birth and Electrical Implants Illegally Placed in Me by the CIA and FBI
Dear Judge Advocate General:
I am writing to ask for review, assistance, information, or a referral about electrical implants that were placed in my neck and an implant that was placed in my left eye in 2012. The eye implant allows CIA agents who went to Kingsway Regional High School to see through my eyes so they can take from me and control me.
I am convinced I had a brain-interface implant shortly after birth for the Logan Township Police Department or Local FBI offices in Philadelphia or Cherry Hill. The Police Department also had relatives at the CIA.
Early Childhood in Logan Township, New Jersey
I was born in 1987, and I believe something was placed in my head in the late 1980s. I do not remember first or second grade.
When I was very young, the Logan Township Police Department used me for an event where they made police officer trading cards, like baseball cards. I was told I appeared on local TV. I was dizzy the entire time. My father knows about this.
I believe this started in Logan Township, New Jersey, when I was born, and that the Police Department started it. Police Chief Micheal C. Smith was first, and Police Chief James R. Schmidt followed him for a while. All the police officers are aware. My parents live at 104 Champagne Drive, Logan Township, NJ 08085.
Military Service
I joined the Delayed Entry Program at the recruiting office in Woodbury, New Jersey, and enlisted in the U.S. Army on August 10, 2005. The first time I went to the recruiter, I went with Micheal Royar. It now seems that he and his friends wanted me to join so that I would become a suicide statistic. He was close friends with Daniel Rumaker, who is Daniel Schmidt’s cousin. All three were in my high school class.
My recruiters were Sergeant Horner and Sergeant Smith. I am sure my contract listed my rank as E-3, but my Drill Sergeant, Hunter, told me he could not give me that rank. I was an E-2 the entire time I was in the Army. At first, it didn’t bother me because promotion is fast in certain units, but now I think about it all the time. He may have been ordered to do that by someone because of this.
Who I Believe Is Responsible
I believe the CIA is doing this. I would bet that all the drug dealers who worked for the Logan Township Police Department when I was growing up are now calling themselves CIA informants. I wonder how many people from Kingsway Regional High School now work at the CIA, and whether they can control people. More than a decade ago, someone told me the Pirolli family was being deleted.
Relevant Facts
- I was born in 1987, and something was put in my skull not long after. I feel that the device records everything I have been through.
- In November 2009, on the night of my Uncle George’s funeral, I was in a little African American kid’s body in my bedroom. I looked down at my arm, and it was skinny and brown.
- Micheal C. Smith and James R. Schmidt were the department’s police chiefs around the time I was born in 1987 and in the years after. The following people attended my elementary and high schools, Logan Elementary School and Kingsway Regional High School: Frank Schmidt, Daniel Schmidt, Josh Schmidt (2007), Josh Schmidt (2008), and Blake Smith (2005). I was in the Class of 2005.
- This technology can put someone else’s body. They can torture people with this implant and cause depression and an electrical shock sensation.
- I believe that since 2012 I have had an implant in my left eye that allows all the people watching me to steal from my bank account. I have had strabismus in my left eye since 2012. If I had had it earlier, I could not have enlisted in 2005. Strabismus always starts at birth or in early adolescence.
- I believe all the Logan Township Police Department’s drug dealers are extremely wealthy now, and that they all have implants that let them always spy on me through my own eyes. I think they can feel what I feel.
- The implant in my head may be used to brainwash me into believing I did something that someone else controlled me to do, by making me relive what my body did.
Impact and Prior Attempts to Get Help
This has affected me my whole life. In 2012, I went to the FBI’s Cherry Hill Field Office. They told me to contact the State Police and wouldn’t even talk to me.
If anyone says I am an informant, they are lying. No one has ever asked me to work for any law enforcement. If I have, then they controlled me. If something is supposed to happen in the future, they may steal my identity. I want to leave the United States soon. My DD214 is everywhere by now.
